Cesar Cantu, is a teen who cut Andrew Zachary Roberts' hair for his Locks of Love Donation. Cantu is part of Nixon High School's Cosmetology program. LISD took the opportunity to announce the start of a new program.
Cynthia S. Davila, Career & Technical Education Director, announces:
"We want to invite anyone interested in making a donation to Locks of Love to please come by and contact Nixon. We'll be offering these kinds of haircuts for free."
