4A All-District Volleyball Team Announced

As the fall sports season comes to an end, the All-district teams are coming out and today we highlight the 4A volleyball teams. Most of the squads were dominated by the Corpus Christi schools but congrats go out to Nixons Natalia Medina, who was named Outstanding hitter and coach Mike Gabrillow, who brought home Coach of the Year.
Two Laredo players were placed on the all-district 1st team, with Nixons Ester Garcia and Cigarroa's Denise Loredo being named. 2nd team players from Laredo were Martin's Analee Chavarria, Cigarroas Alex Loredo and Genesis Delgado and Nixons Christy Arrellano.
Honorable mentions go out to Jasmine Garcia and Samantha Castillo, the Toro's Ashley Lara and Genesis Tobias as well as Martin's Kristen Reilly and Selena Gutierrez.
