A woman hit a pedestrian Wednesday morning and has been arrested. Pro8News was there when the driver, 64 year old Maria Arredondo, struck the 62 year old male pedestrian. Luckily, he did not suffer any injuries and did not request any medical attention. The incident happened around 9 AM, Wednesday morning, on Chihuahua right in front of the HEB on Guadalupe. Arredondo took off in her green truck instead of checking on the victim. Police found her a short time later at the intersection of Zacatecas and HWY 83. She was arrested on charges of accident involving injury.
