It's a bizarre case of a man who, as witnesses and police say, has the bad habit of performing sexual acts in public.
Three women say they spotted the man committing sexual acts in a white pick-up truck Monday at Independence Hill Park.
When they approached the vehicle to better identify him for police they recognized him as a man they spotted a month ago doing a similar act at the Century City Park, that time, without pants.
Police have been able to track down the truck and identify the suspect.
An arrest is pending.
