Substitute teacher hospitalized after altercation

A substitute teacher is flown to a San Antonio hospital for injuries received from a fight with a student.
Rosa Rodriguez is a substitute teacher at Christian Middle School and after an altercation with one of her students was taken to a local hospital then flown out to San Antonio.
Doctor Marcus Nelson, LISD Superintendent, says this type of behavior will not be tolerated.
The student was also taken to the hospital with injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
