A 50-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a woman in the presence of a minor.
Authorities say René Ramirez now faces forcible rape and prohibited sexual contact charges for allegedly assaulting a woman in front of a toddler.
His alleged victim is a woman who has mental disabilities and sought a counselor for help.
Investigators say she told her counselor about the rape and filed a report.
Police are now investigating the case.
