A few apartments in West Laredo are evacuated after a man fires a gun into the air.
Police say 36-year-old Luis Ariel Aguilar had gotten into an argument with another man at around 11pm Monday night at the intersection of Lincoln and Santa Cleotilde.
He allegedly pointed a gun at the victim's face then fired several shots into the air.
Police arrived to find several casings and live rounds in the yard and chased the suspect on foot. With weapons drawn, officers arrested the suspect.
A handgun was recovered.
Aguilar faces several charges.
