It’s the first of its kind in the gateway city.
But right now just might be the perfect weather to check out the Tripafest at the El Metro Park and Ride.
That’s right tripas.
If you weren’t a fan of them you might become one tonight where cooks are doing their best to fry up the best tripas in town.
There is plenty of food and music as well for the whole family to enjoy.
Admission is just $5 for adults, and those tripas should be nice and hot all the way until midnight.
