As you know, today is valentine's day. A day that can be a spacial moment in a young person's life and today one young man took a risk all in the name of love. You may not see it but this 18-year-old senior from Alexander High School has been struck by Cupid's arrow; and this Valentine's day in the cafeteria he's sending someone a special valentines day gift. Alexander High School senior Issac Garza says, "you only get to ask a girl to the prom once might as well go big or go home right?" Issac has been planning to ask a girl to the prom for a while, and as the crowd begins to build student's try to figure out whats going on, and it begins. He says, "I was more excited than nervous I'd been wanting to ask her for the longest time." No one was more shocked than his valentine. Alexander High School Senior Kristelle Martin says, “we were valentines and said he had a surprise but I thought it was a cupcake." As he finished his number he asked her to the prom. Kristelle says, "I don't know I think I was frozen." Issac says, “now I'm going to have a great date to the prom it's gonna be another great memory I can have for the rest of my life." A Valentines day worth remembering.
