WBCA 2013: IBC 'Under the Stars' Youth Parade

The stars will be shining brightly over the streets of Laredo in the Annual WBCA IBC Youth Parade 'Under the Stars.' The parade will be held Thursday, February 21 at 6:00 PM, along San Bernardo. General seating is free, while bleacher seating will be $3 at the gate. Due to the parade, there will be road closures in the area starting at 3:30 - 10:00 PM. Be early!
