County Commissioners decided on approving a feasibility study to determine the cost of a new project they have in mind. The commissioners say they plan to generate more revenue to benefit schools in the county, by selling water from water wells located on school lands to the oil companies. They say they are studying all possibilities and hope the project can move forward.
Commissioner Canales did not say how long the feasibility study would take but they hope it is done soon.
