People in Zapata are moving to higher ground as a mandatory evacuation is issued for people living below the 314 elevation level.
Officials say Falcon Lake is rising at an average of 1 to 2 inches per hour.
The lake level is expected to rise at least four more feet which means even more homes and campers could be flooded out.
