Sweet & Spicy Corn Makes 4-6 servings
1 Jar of HEB Relish That Corn 1 package of HEB Ready Fresh Go Pico De Gallo ¼ cup of fresh cilantro 1 cup of crumbled queso fresco
· Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl and enjoy with some crispy tortilla chips.
Caribbean Style Shrimp Skewers
1 lb of pealed & deveined medium shrimp 2 cups of fresh cubed pineapple ½ cup of Cookwell & Company Garlic & Molasses Marinade Adam’s Reserve All Purpose House Rub to taste
· Place your shrimp into a plastic container or zip lock with your marinade. Marinate covered for 1 to 2 hours. · Preheat your grill to a medium heat. Remove shrimp from marinade and season with your House Rub or salt & pepper. · Place onto skewers along with your fresh pineapple and grill for about 2 minutes per side, turning just once. Enjoy !
