High school teacher arrested for allegedly running over a Laredo police officer

A local high school teacher has been arrested for the accident that left Officer Jose Reyes severely injured in October of 2011.

Thirty-six-year-old Lisa Flores is charged with aggravated assault causing bodily injury and aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.

The Laredo Independent School District has confirmed she is a teacher at Cigarroa High School.
