It's only been a few months since the music world lost a talented singer, but today, a special announcement was made to keep her memory alive. At Uni-Trade Stadium, it was announced that there would be a Jenni Rivera tribute concert by her brother, Lupillo Rivera, in Laredo next month. Jenni was killed when her plane crashed late one night after one of her concerts. Meanwhile, the promoter of the concert, Victor Estrada, says, “This is our diva. This is about her. We expect a lot of people because we are still crying. So we want to invite the community to cry with us.” The concert will be held at Uni-Trade Stadium on March 1st. The mayor said he would declare March first “Jenni Rivera Day” in Laredo.
