Laredoan accused of raping child in Mexico

A Laredo man sits in a Mexican jail cell, accused of raping and terrorizing a twelve-year-old girl.

Authorities say 58-year-old James Hodge held the girl captive in Nuevo Laredo, sexually abusing her for several days.

Police spotted the two, with Hodge heavily intoxicated and the girl at the wheel of his car.

She told officers that Hodge threatened her, saying if she said anything to anyone, he would do the same to her sister.
