Police arrest a man who set a vehicle on fire, thanks to the quick actions from the victims themselves.
The incident happened at around 2 a.m. on Monday, and 19-year-old Mathew Copenhagen.
Police received a call of a vehicle on fire at an apartment complex in the 2200 block of Philadelphia.
When police arrived, they found a gas can left behind at the scene and the victims said they knew the person who did it.
They gave a description of the vehicle he was driving and the mask he was wearing.
Copenhagen was arrested in the 1400 block of Road Runner.
Police found plenty of evidence linking him to the case, as well as some marijuana.
He's charged with arson and possession of marijuana.
