Man arrested for performing lewd acts in public

A man seen performing lewd acts by several witnesses at south laredo parks has been caught by police.

Twenty-year-old Christian Michel Arriaga was arrested after three women spotted him performing lewd acts in a white pick-up truck at Independence Hill Park on Monday.

Those witnesses recognized him as the man they spotted a month ago, doing a similar act at the Century City Park, that time without pants.
