A man who has no business around children is arrested after an incident at a local Burlington store.
50-year-old Pedro Segovia is facing charges of indecency with a child by exposure. According to police, he's a registered sex offender, and this is his fourth time for that offense.
It happened at the local Burlington Coat Factory back on the 21st of this month.
The incident was caught on surveillance tape.
In that footage Segovia is seen in the shoe department and exposes himself to a 10-year-old girl.
The child then ran to her mother, telling her about the incident. Segovia ran out the door.
Police were able to identify him in the footage, tracked him down and arrested him.
