A children's hospital is traveling around Texas this summer to remind parents to never leave your child alone in a vehicle, especially during the summer months.
According to Driscoll Children's Hospital, a vehicle can heat up 19 degrees in a matter of just ten minutes.
The hospital has started a program, using a teddy bear to help remind parents that they have a child with them in the car.
The bear goes in the passenger seat whenever you have the child and then whenever you take the child out you put the bear in the car seat and then move it back to the front seat when you put the child back in and you're suppose to see it and create a reminder that your child is in the back seat.
There have already been three reported cases of children being left inside the car in texas this summer.
