The WBCA is giving back to some graduating seniors in a big way.
Their youth song and dance festival gathered thousands of participants from schools all over Laredo.
Kids from kindergarten all the way to high school were shaking their pom poms and singing their hearts out.
The event gave the opportunity for seniors to take part in a dance off.
Carmen Gonzalez from LBJ high school and Oscar Budhart from Cigarroa high taking won two $1,000 scholarships as a result.
Both are active students in the community with big plans for their future.
Macys and Sames KIA sponsoring those scholarships.
Congratulations to those recipients.
