Salazar Announces for Constable Precinct 2

Ricardo Salazar throws his hat in the race for Webb County Constable Precinct 2.
He is the current Chief of Police for El Cenizo and says his experience and education in the field of law enforcement makes him the best choice in serving South Laredo.
He says that area also needs a headstrong person with fresh ideas.
The candidate says if elected he plans to establish integrity in that department with equal opportunity employment. He hopes to make constable work a service that extends throughout the day, rather than job by implementing shift work for officers.
Well Salazar says he also plans to implement a program for battered victims in conjunction with Casa de Misericordia.
