With the school year in full swing it's time once again to start honoring those teachers that make a difference in the classroom.
We call the program "One Class at a Time" and in conjunction with the Laredo Federal Credit Union we make surprise visits to special teachers who many feel are deserving.
This month finds us at Borcher's Elementary for a teacher who gives her heart and soul each day to some special needs students.
