CW Laredo In September 2006, KGNS-TV announced the acquisition and local broadcasting of the CW network. With a average age demographic of 33 years old, the CW Laredo, which is broadcast digitally on ch. 8.2, on Time Warner Cable ch. 19 and Dish Network ch. 15 is the ONLY network directly targeting young adults. In Laredo the median age of the population is 27 years old. The CW continues to be a real winner!
