Pony League responds to criticism

Richard Rosas, director of the newly formed Laredo Pony League, responded to comments made by Sabas Zapata in front of City Council. Mr. Zapata argued that Mr. Rosas proposed tournaments would not be possible given Laredo's current facilities.
