AHS Girls Headed for Regional Quarterfinals

The Alexander girls basketball team is headed for the regional quarterfinals for the 3rd straight year after knocking off McAllen Rowe 65-34. Diana Scott led the way with 26 points while Ary Morales had 15 and Lluvia Murillo scored 14. The Bulldogs will now take on the winner of tomorrows Weslaco/Sharyland game to learn their opponent in the quarterfinals next Friday night.
