It was a time of anxious fighters just waiting to eat and drink this afternoon as they prepared for Border Fightfest 5. Weigh-ins were held for the mixed martial arts and boxing event today at Rodeo Bar and Grill in downtown Laredo. Fighters had to go through the routine of being checked out by a doctor before tipping the scales and hopefully making their designated weight.
One man stepping into the righ is hoping this bout goes better then his last, but is ready to get the Laredo crowd a show. Border Fightfest 5 is happening tomorrow at 8 pm at Life Down Pavilions. For more ticket information you can go to TripleAPromotions.net.
