Crossfit games are competitions that are sweeping the region, nation and world. This Saturday will mark the 4th annual Crossfit Laredo Summer Games, where some of the best competitors the region has to offer will battle for the title of fittest athlete. 120 men and women will be competing from a total of 15 cities, mainly across south Texas. They are games that target a number of different muscles and activities that are designed to test even the best athletes to their core.
There are still a limited number of spots available for Saturday's games. For more information you can go to cflsummergames.com or you can show up Saturday morning at 8 am. The games will start at 9 am at the Crossfit Laredo location at 11204 McPherson and is free to the public as spectators.
