United senior wideout Terry Delhite is garnering some national attention as he has been named to the national under-18 team. Delhite dominated on the football field this year, catching 101 pass for over 1,500 yards and 11 touchdowns. The senior faced constant double teams in district play after Alec Salas was lost for the season and Derek Esparza moved from wide receiver to quarterback. Despite the added defensive attention, Delhite was able to amass those gawdy numbers and has been recognized by being only of only 40 players chosen for this years team. The US squad will take on the Canadian national team on Feburary 6th in Round Rock.
