TAMIU entered the bottom of the seventh tied at four with the Oklahoma Christian Eagles. A run in that frame gave the Dustdevils the lead, but OCU would promptly tie things up again in the eighth. TAMIU would come through once again with a run in their half of the inning, which would prove to be the deciding run. TAMIU is now 10-2 on the season and will be home for a weekend series against Newman University.
