Laredo MMA Fighter Picks Up Win

Ultimate Warrior Fighting was in town tonight, bringing back mixed martial arts to Laredo.
The MMA featured four tournament semi-finalist fights, but starting it off were three undercards.
One of those undercards was a fighter from right here in Laredo, Sonny Luque.
Luque looked to seek vengeance after losing in front of the home crowd at Bellator 62.
Yesterday at the weigh-ins, Luque told Pro 8 News he was feeling the pressure and the nerves and also said that is not something he normally feels before a fight.
Sonny struggled in the earlier rounds. His opponent Victor Martinez almost had him pinned a few times and had some good shots in the first and second round.
But Luque, came through in the third and final round, pinning his opponent 2:49 into the third. According to online sources, Luque is now three-and-three.
