The Laredo representatives in the Big League World Series played their thrid game of the tournament today. It was another rough start for the kids from the Gateway City as they fell behind 3-0 after five innings. The Laredo team fought back, finally getting their first hits in the 6th, scoring one run but still trailed by two heading into the final inning. Laredo would tie up the game in the top of the 7th, but give up the winning run in the bottom of the inning as they fall to 0-3 in pool play. Mario Maldonado would go 2/3 with a run scored and a run driven in. Laredo will play their final game tomorrow at 12:30, against the host team from Easley, SC.
