The Lemurs continued their five game road trip this afternoon with a rare double-header against Grand Prairie. Laredo's Fabian Williamson would give up six runs in the top of the first and that is all the scoring the Air Hogs would need taking game one 6-2. Jake Opitz would go 1/4 with a double, an RBI and a run scored.
Game two would not start much better with the lemurs falling behind 5-0 after only three innings. They would fight back and loaded the bases in the top of the 7th with Sawyer Carroll at the plate, but he would ground out to first to end the game. The Lemurs still have two more games in Grand Prairie before returning home this weekend.
