The Rattlesnakes held their final practice of the 2013 season this morning as they prepare to head for Amarillo and the Lone Star Football League championship game. The 'Snakes and Venom have played four times this season, with the home team taking the win each time, including the regular season finale in Laredo that ended 61-43. It hasn't just been the rattlesnakes that have struggled in Amarillo, as the Venom are undefeated at home and win by an average margin of almost 20 points a game. Even with those impressive stats the snakes aren't fazed by the seemingly daunting task of winning on the road.
Kickoff for Saturdays game is scheduled for 7 pm and the team will hold a watch party at TKO 2 on Shiloh for anyone interested in cheering on the Rattlesnakes.
