Good news for the team today as after weeks of negotiations, they finally have a place to call home, at least for this week. The Roses and City of Laredo signed off today on Veteran's Field as the location of the women's next home game this Sunday. The upstart female football league has been searching for a place to call their own after they were denied use of Uni-Trade Stadium for their first game one month ago.
The Roses next home game will be this Sunday as they take on the Texas Cowgirls at Veteran's Field. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 pm.
