The Panthers took an early 1-0 lead off the foot of Marylynn Guerrero only a few minutes into the game. Things would remain 1-0 until just before the half when Mariana Avina would tie things up on a penalty kick. It would be South though that comes away with the 2-1 win thanks to Beatriz Gomez, scoring the only goal of the 2nd half.
