TAMIU Brings Home Multiple All-Conf. Honors

The Heartland Conference recognized six TAMIU men's soccer players for their outstanding season with all-conference honors. Diego Manzano Cano, Adan Villaciencio and Joan Vallejo were all named to the All-Conference 1st team. Cano led the team in goals with seven and points with 21 from his forward position. Villaciencio and Vallejo didn't score as much but were instrumental in TAMIU's defensive efforts. Making the 2nd team was Jovany Macias, Sebas Ramirez and Chuy Cisneros. As a team TAMIU went 10-4-4 on the season, including 6-1-3 in conference play. In all the Dustdevils will return all but four players from this years team.
