It's been a year of streaks for the Toro's de Los Dos Laredo's, as they have now dropped back-to-back games as they prepare for the playoffs. Before their recent losses the Toro's had rattled off 10 straight wins, including seven over teams with a record of .500 or better. With that surge they guaranteed themselves of a top four finish and a bye through the first round of the playoffs. The Toro's currently are tied for 3rd and are onlyone game back of 2nd place, which could mean home court advantage in the postseason. Los Dos Laredo's have only two more games remaining, on the road Thursday and at home on Saturday, with both games against two of the worst teams in the league.
