Zapata Girls Lifting Headed to State

In Zapata, a big congrats to the powerlifting team, specifically the girls from that squad who are headed to state. In all 11 ladies from the Hawks powerlifting team are going to compete at the state meet this Thursday and Friday in Corpus Christi. In addition to the 11 qualifiers, Ashley Guzman will be going as an alternate. Good luck to the Hawks and all the other Laredo area powerlifters competing this week.
