Cano Latest Dustdevil to earn Player of the Week

Coming off a 2-0 weekend, the TAMIU men's soccer team has some more hardware to add to their trophy case as they bring home another player of the week award. This time the honor goes to Diego Manzano Cano for his performance against University of Texas Permian Basin and McMurray University. The junior forward from Madrid, Spain, had a goal and an assist to start the week against the Falcons and followed that up with another goal on Saturday against the War Hawks. Cano is tied for the team lead in points scored with ten and is tied for 2nd in goals scored with three and 1st in assists with four. TAMIU hits the road this weekend for games against Newman University and Oklahoma Christian University.
