In district 29-5A, Alexander in second, with their only district loss going to Del Rio who finished the season undefeated.
United, with their loss to Alexander Friday night, finished the season 3-3 in district and earned the last spot in the play-offs.
Coach Sergio Salinas in his first year as head coach for United South finishing with two district wins.
The LBJ Wolves finish 1-5.
*Alexander will play against Donna in the first round. The two teams will meet-up in Corpus on Friday, Nov. 16th at 7:30 p.m.
*United will travel to Sharyland to take on the Rattlers in the first round. That game will be held in Sharyland on Friday, Nov. 16th at 7:30 p.m.
In district 31-4A, unfortunately no teams from Laredo made it into the post-season.
Nixon finished with the best district record out of the three schools, going 3-4. The Martin Tigers finished 2-5.
The Cigarroa Toros end their season with a 1-6 district record.
