The trophy cases for cheerleading teams around Laredo is growing bigger after three UISD schools placed in a national cheer competition. Alexander placed 1st overall in the Intermediate school size category and added awards for "Best in Partner Stunts" and "Best Use of Tumbling." LBJ took 1st over in the non-tumbling division and "Best Use of Jumps" an intermediate sized school. Finally United South was right behind LBJ 2nd in the non-tumbling division and was also the "Best in Partner Stunts." Congratulations to all the girls involved in bringing home these awards.
