-Ruben Amaro, Sr.-former professional baseball player, was a New York Yankee in the 60's
-Ruben Amaro, Jr.- former professional baseball player, Vice-president/ General Manager Philadelphia Phillies
-Jessica Rivera- Five time state champion in track, went to St. Augustine
-Azucena Maldonado- founded the Latina Golfers Association.
-Chayito Espinoza- Gold Medalist in 2008 Olympics in Taekwondo
-St. Augustine 1983 Volleyball Team- Won states in 1983
-Jose "Chucho" Ramirez- Soccer Coach, U-17 World Champions
-Tom "The Bomb" Trevino-Martin High school basketball player, All-State in 1975, played professional basketball in Mexico
