From one franchise changing cities to another changing owners, the Rattlesnakes made it official today, announcing the sale of the majority of the team. Dr. Judson Somerville will be taking over from a group led by Chad Dittman. Somerville is a doctor here in Laredo at the Pain and Management Clinic.
This change comes with only two games left in the Rattlesnakes season, one in the Valley this Saturday and their final home game July 6th against Corpus Christi. The teams new GM says this is a long term venture for the doctor and his crew.
