A young man from Laredo does Laredo proud in Austin.
That as he's recognized in the state capitol.
Our Tim Gutierrez was there for the big moment for Laredo’s youth of the year.
Once he graduates Marcus plans to go to Princeton to pursue a degree in genetic engineering or genetic biology.
